In so doing, we arrived at the appointed address on the fringe of a questionable 1/2 empty shopping center. Thinking we had the wrong address, we checked and rechecked the address. It turned out to be a storage facility behind a barbed wire fence. Realizing our mistake, we found the other cards, and called the Civil Servant. Commissioner Kuzma, had a full schedule, but was sympathetic to our situation, and managed to give us an appointment within the hour. We found this charming silver haired Official in his most beautifully restored office building in a lovely historic residential area. The wedding parlor he had set up within the building was intimate, and perfect for our wedding. It is tastefully decorated with famous artist's prints of gardens and the wedding music in the background made for an emotionally charge ceremony. His consideration of my aged mother, and our twin babies showed the class of this very competent officiate. We were blessed to have found him. "We regrettably learned the day of the wedding that Getting ordained over the internet does not count here in Virginia, and to make matters worse, it was a Sunday, just hours from our reservation at an exclusive restaurant where fifty friends and relatives would witness our marrying. Mom Went to work, and found Commissioner Kuzma walking out the door to go to church. She implored him to help, which he readily agreed too. After church he met with us, and went over the entire ceremony, further he arrived early set up the whole program, and married us to the cheers of our family and friends. We invited him to join us for dinner, and were thrilled he did. He brought so much to the reception with his Saying Grace, to giving a beautiful toast in our honor. My husband took much joy in Commissioner Kuzma's New Jersey tradition of clinking on the glasses so that the couple would kiss. Thanks Commissioner Kuzma for saving the most important day of our lives. We tried knocking on the door, but the chained dogs kept us at bay. Calling the Commissioner's number, did us no good. Finally we used an app on our droid to locate the Civil Servant. Commissioner Kuzma was resting at home recuperating from a recent operation. We explained our problem, and he volunteered to marry us within the hour if we could get to his office. We did, he was there, in his beautifully appointed office building, with the gorgeous Victorian Garden wedding parlor. He mended our broken hearts, and made our disappointment fly away with the most lovely significant service one could wish for. Thank you Commissioner Kuzma for saving the day for us!"
